Sifa Nziavake
Community Health Worker - Maternal Care Access Program
Sifa brings a diverse background in healthcare and human services, with experience spanning multiple roles and settings. She previously worked as a nurse in Africa and has since dedicated six years in Worcester as a Certified Nursing Assistant and MAP-certified residential counselor. Through these roles, she has supported individuals facing challenges as they transition back into the community.
Sifa also is an active volunteer with the Welcoming Alliance for Refugee Ministry (WARM), where she provides compassionate support to refugees, offering guidance and assistance to ease their resettlement journey.
At RISE, Sifa is committed to serving refugee and immigrant populations, drawing on her expertise in community health to bridge gaps in care. As a multilingual professional, she ensures culturally competent support, helping individuals access the resources they need to thrive.
Sifa speaks French, Swahili, Lingala, Luganda, Kinande.
