Project Manager, Refugee and Immigrant Maternity Care Access Program
Isabel is a seasoned program manager with over 15 years of experience in project management, community outreach, and coalition building. As the Project Manager for the Maternity Care Program at Worcester RISE for Health, she leads initiatives aimed at improving maternal health outcomes for refugee and immigrant communities. Passionate about culturally sensitive and trauma-informed care, Isabel works to strengthen community partnerships, expand access to essential services, and develop a diverse doula workforce.
Before joining Worcester RISE for Health, Isabel managed diverse teams, oversaw substantial budgets, and developed strategic programs focused on community and family resource building. She has successfully secured local, state, and federal grants to expand support services for refugee and immigrant families. Her expertise in crisis management, stakeholder engagement, and data-driven program development has made a lasting impact on the communities she serves.
A longtime bilingual advocate and community volunteer, Isabel is dedicated to advancing health equity and ensuring that all families have access to the resources they need to thrive.
