Martine holds a BS in Accounting from the Business Institute of Higher Education in Haiti and an MA in Community Development and Planning from Clark University in Worcester. She also earned a License in Early Education and Childcare from the Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care. Additionally, she obtained certifications in Medical and Legal Interpretation from Language Bank in Manchester, as well as a Community Health Worker certification from the Center for Health Impact.
With over 20 years of experience in the nonprofit sector across multiple countries, Martine is dedicated to serving vulnerable populations through advocacy, interpretation, and resource connection.
At RISE, she plays a key role in the Maternal Health Access and Behavioral Health programs, facilitating educational sessions on prenatal care, postpartum health, and behavioral well-being. Passionate about creating supportive spaces, she strives to equip youth and adults with the tools and resources needed to overcome challenges and achieve success.
Martine is fluent in English, Spanish, French, and Haitian Creole.
